| Cecum Pain | The level of pain experienced throughout the day in my cecum, on a scale of 0 to 9. 0 is zero pain. (The cecum is the where the large intestines begin. It is also where the appendix is attached to the intestines.) |
| Descn. Col. Pain | The level of pain experienced throughout the day in my descending colon, on a scale of 0 to 9. 0 is zero pain. (The descending colon is the vertical portion on the left side of the body.) |
| Cecum Sens. | The level of sensitivity and pressure experienced throughout the day in my cecum, on a scale of 0 to 9. 0 is zero discomfort. |
| Descn. Col. Sens. | The level of sensitivity and pressure experienced throughout the day in my descending colon, on a scale of 0 to 9. 0 is zero discomfort. |
| Treat-ment Sens. | This is the level of sensitivity of the infected areas of the colon to the anti-fungal treatments administered that day. Scale of 0 to 9. 0 is no perceptible irritation caused by the treatments. |
| Output | As my body heals, there is an evacuation of exudate & fibrous tissue from the infected areas of the colon. This value is an estimation of the amount of material evacuated, combined with the quality of the material. When the infections are rampant, there is a lot more exudate and very little fibrous tissue. When the healing is going well, the material consists primarily of fibrous tissue and very little exudate. Scale of 0 to 9. 0 is no sign of any exudate or fibrous tissue. |
| Twitching | On a scale of 0 to 9, this is the amount of muscle twitching that I have experienced throughout the day, localized where the infections are present inside the colon. 0 is no twitching. |
