My dear friend,
God gave me a revelation about your situation several days ago that rattled me exceedingly, but it was also something that I would have never expected to be possible in your situation. I do not see any sense in describing it here. You know what it is, as you are living the ordeal every day.
You are being afflicted by a collective that is far too strong for you, and you are faced up against an adversary that is so formidable that positively no one will even try to challenge their authority.
This is the same situation that happened to the nation Israel before David was king, when he was still a youth. It is the familiar story of when David slew Goliath the giant.
Many people regard this story as a children’s tale, but they are ever so wrong about that. This story has a depth of meaning that is most amazing, and it has a specific application for you and your situation.
You probably know the story. David was completely out matched by the towering giant, but with nothing more than a sling and a rock, David overcame the greatest of adversaries.
How was David able to accomplish such an amazing feat?
What was so special about his weapon and his method of attack that gave him the advantage over the giant?
Most importantly, how can his example possibly help you in your situation?
Please bear with me and I will explain. First let us look at the circumstances of the situation.
“Now the Philistines gathered together their armies to battle, and were gathered together at Shochoh, which belongs to Judah, and pitched between Shochoh and Azekah, in Ephesdammim. And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together, and pitched by the valley of Elah, and set the battle in array against the Philistines. And the Philistines stood on a mountain on the one side, and Israel stood on a mountain on the other side: and there was a valley between them.
– 1st Samuel 17:1–7
And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. And he had a helmet of brass upon his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail; and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels of brass. And he had shin guards of brass upon his legs, and a target of brass between his shoulders. And the staff of his spear was like a weaver’s beam; and his spear’s head weighed six hundred shekels of iron: and one bearing a shield went before him.”
Let us consider for a moment just how formidable this adversary was. The man was well over twice and big as Shaquille O’Neal. Six cubits and a span would be equivalent to a measure ranging from 10’ 4” to 11’ 9” (315 to 358 cm). His coat of chain mail would have weighed in at approximately 126 lbs. (57 kg), and the head of his spear would have been approximately 15 lbs. (6.8 kg). By contrast – A well-made samurai sword does not usually weigh more than about 4 lbs.
The man was far too big to fight in battle without the protection of a very significant layer of armor. A normal sized man would be able to run circles around him. However, with his armor a normal sized man could do absolutely nothing to harm him. His only vulnerability was from the arrow. Therefore, Goliath had a servant that would carry this massive door sized shield before him. If the enemy launched a volley of arrows at him, all he had to do was to duck behind the shield and he was safe.
He was so secure in his dominance. He was arrogant, and he had a loud and booming voice that incited terror in the hearts of all his enemies.
“And he stood and cried unto the armies of Israel, and said unto them, Why are ye come out to set your battle in array? am not I a Philistine, and ye servants to Saul? choose you a man for you, and let him come down to me. If he be able to fight with me, and to kill me, then will we be your servants: but if I prevail against him, and kill him, then shall ye be our servants, and serve us.
– 1st Samuel 17:8–12
And the Philistine said, I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.
When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly afraid.”
Before we continue on with the story, I need to pause here and explain the spiritual significance of the armor of a soldier and what Goliath was doing with those things that he possessed. I am sure that you will be a little surprised.
I will not quote this passage from the Bible; however, if we were to turn to the sixth Chapter of Ephesians, we would find Paul the apostle telling us about the armor of a child of God. The chain mail that a soldier wears to protect his vital organs is the “truth” of God. The breast plate is the “righteousness” of God. The shoes or the boots are the “preparation of the Gospel.” This is the foundation, the feet. Without a foundation in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, truth and righteousness are of no avail. The truth of man and the righteousness of man (and of the world) are nothing but filthy rags in the sight of God. Truth and righteousness must be established in Christ in order to be perfect and worthy in God’s eyes.
The shield that a soldier bears is “faith” in the salvation of God through Jesus Christ, and the helmet is “salvation” itself. A soldier can use his shield to protect himself from the fiery darts of the devil, which is often times manifest as deception and lies. If a soldier loses faith and fails to raise his shield, then the helmet of salvation can protect him from those fiery darts. He may suffer from the blow, but it will keep him alive. Finally, there is the sword. The sword is the “Word” of God.
It seems that Goliath had all these pieces of armor, yet we also know that he was not a godly man. What then was the problem? How could he not be a godly man if he was bearing all correct components of armor?
The fundamental problem was the shoes he was wearing. The passage from 1st Samuel does not mention anything about his shoes. He most likely did have shoes. If he was wearing brass shin guards, then he most certainly had shoes. However, since there is no mention of his shoes, but of his shin guards instead, then his shoes must have been somewhat unremarkable.
If we were to do a Google search for any of the notable centers in professional basketball (such as Shaquille O’Neal), one of the most apparent things that we would find in our search results would be a great deal of discussion about the size of their shoes. The first thing that people talk about is how tall they are and the second thing they talk about is how big their feet are, not how much they weigh. Yet here in this passage of scripture there is no mention of this man’s feet or his shoes.
The man had no true foundation in the truth of the salvation of God, the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, his version of truth and of righteousness (the chain mail and the breast plate) were born of the world and out of his own heart, not of God. This is why he was so arrogant, proud, and full of himself.
Moreover, the man had no faith of his own. The man had a hired priest to provide his faith for him. The man was willing to employ someone that would be a proxy for his faith, instead of having his own faith in God. In other words, Goliath wants to be able to control his faith. He says to his hired preacher, “Stand here!” “Raise up your shield now!” “Turn the shield towards those leapers, I don’t want to see them looking at me!” Thus, will his shield bearer do. He does whatever his master tells him to do, not what God tells him to do. I dare say that his shield bearer idolized Goliath and might have carried Goliath’s shield for free.
Notwithstanding, Goliath did have a sword, and a mighty big one at that. It was a real sword. There is no reason not to think that Goliath was ignorant of the Word of God. He absolutely knew that Saul was the anointed king of Israel, God’s own people. He also knew that his own Philistine nation was marked out by God himself as an enemy, and for many days he railed on the Israelites and blasphemed God in their sight and their hearing. Not only that, but we can be sure that Goliath ridiculed the Israelites for not obeying their own God and breaking God’s commandments. Goliath was altogether justified of himself to destroy the integrity of the men of Israel, their trust in God, and to discredit God himself, by bringing the Word of God into disrepute.
It was Goliath’s passion and desire to overthrow God. He knew that there was a God among the Israelites. He had always known it, but he would not admit that to anyone, not even to his own wife. (Believe it or not, he did have a wife who gave him children.) If he ever admitted that God was real, it would defeat his own purpose.
Nevertheless, there were people in his own nation that did believe in God, and there were others that pretended like they believed in God. That is why he had his own hired preacher. He could always point to the fact that he had a preacher without ever admitting to anyone that he believed in God himself. It was all nothing but pretense, but everyone around him fell for it and was taken by his fraud.
In his attempt to fleece the religious hypocrites among his friends and family, Goliath realized that he was being a hypocrite himself, which did nothing but increase his boasting, his arrogance, and his self-conceit. Therefore, when he found himself in battle with the Israelites, he seized the opportunity to make his case in grand fashion.
“And the Philistine drew near morning and evening, and presented himself forty days. And Jesse said unto David his son, Take now for thy brethren an measure of this parched grain, and these ten loaves, and run to the camp to thy brethren; And carry these ten cheeses unto the captain of their thousand, and look how thy brethren fare, and take their pledge.
– 1st Samuel 17:17–30
Now Saul, and they, and all the men of Israel, were in the valley of Elah, fighting with the Philistines. And David rose up early in the morning, and left the sheep with a keeper, and took, and went, as Jesse had commanded him; and he came to the trench, as the host was going forth to the fight, and shouted for the battle. For Israel and the Philistines had put the battle in array, army against army. And David left his carriage in the hand of the keeper of the carriage, and ran into the army, and came and saluted his brethren.
And as he talked with them, behold, there came up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of the armies of the Philistines, and spoke according to the same words: and David heard them. And all the men of Israel, when they saw the man, fled from him, and were sore afraid.
And the men of Israel said, Have ye seen this man that is come up? surely to defy Israel is he come up: and it shall be, that the man who kills him, the king will enrich him with great riches, and will give him his daughter, and make his father’s house free in Israel. And David spoke to the men that stood by him, saying, What shall be done to the man that kills this Philistine, and takes away the reproach from Israel? for who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? And the people answered him after this manner, saying, So shall it be done to the man that kills him.
And Eliab his eldest brother heard when he spoke unto the men; and Eliab’s anger was kindled against David, and he said, Why did you come down hither? and with whom hast thou left those few sheep in the wilderness? I know thy pride, and the naughtiness of thine heart; for you are come down that you might see the battle. And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause? And he turned from him toward another, and spoke after the same manner: and the people answered him again after the former manner.”
Notice what has happened here. David’s father sent him to this brothers in the army of Saul to bring them sustenance, yet his brothers accuse him of seeking out entertainment for himself. David, as a youth, willingly risked his life to bring his own brothers food, and they turn around and accuse him of thrill seeking. Why? They were envious!
David was not speaking boldly out of his own heart; he was speaking as he was led of the Spirit of God, and his brothers did not like the idea that the little fellow was purporting himself to be bolder and braver than they were. They were filled with indignation, thinking that he was boasting only for his own glory, but David was not seeking glory for himself. David was simply defending the glory of God. His own brothers did not trust that David was a man of integrity, and that he was showing forth his faith in God. His motivation was for the sake of God’s righteousness and nothing else.
Perhaps you have never let yourself believe in the courage of your own spirit. Yet, I have seen how brave you are. When you see unrighteousness at work about you, you will not hesitate to make a stand, if you see that no one else is doing anything about it. I have vivid memories of your bravery in action and how awestruck I was, as I watched you engage in battle. It was a dazzling sight to behold, and God has confirmed that, while you are now more careful, the courage of your heart has not diminished.
Indeed, your courage has doubtless caused you to suffer for my sake. You made the mistake of voicing your empathy for me, and at the very moment that you opened you mouth, your brethren (your loved ones) condemned you for it. You realized that if you empathized with me or endorsed me in the tiniest little way, that you would be labeled the friend of the pervert. Moreover, to show forth any faith in Jesus Christ is just that much worse. Not only does it make you the friend of a pervert, but it demonstrations that you share the same twisted beliefs that I do.
This is no marvel. They are doing the exact same thing that their fathers did. Tell me! In the homeland of your family, how many women have been slain by their own husbands simply because they were standing firm for the righteousness of God? … that a woman should be honored and not subjugated? Yet some of these call themselves Christians?!
Do not believe them! They are a bunch of hypocrites! Every one of them!
They have no more faith than Goliath. To be sure, they have put their faith in Goliath to stand against the servants of God. Seriously! I am not kidding. They are happy to be religious, but none of them would ever want to face up to the fact that they have sin in their life. When someone like me comes along that will not hesitate to preach sin and the judgement of God, then they are offended, and Goliath becomes even more of a hero to them, because Goliath prevents them from having to deal with the truth. They would rather believe the lie of the ungodly than the truth of the God that they pretend to worship.
I do not say that you should despise them, for I would that I love them also as you love them – but be wary of them or else they will deceive you. More importantly, in their self-deception of their own false doctrine they will unknowingly try to deceive you, but let yourself be pure in heart, as David was pure in heart.
“And when the words were heard which David spoke, they rehearsed them before Saul: and he sent for him. And David said to Saul, Let no man’s heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.
– 1st Samuel 17:31–39
And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him: for thou art but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.
And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him. Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God.
David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee.
And Saul armed David with his armor, and he put a helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail. And David girded his sword upon his armor, and he questioned the notion to go; for he had not proved the armor. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him.”
David was not accustomed to war, nor the weapons of war. Likewise, neither are you. You do not know what to do with the Word of God (the sword of the Spirit), because you do not know it. Certainly, you have held the Word in your hand, and you have felt the weight and the balance of it as you admired it and as you took a swing or two in the air. However, you have never earnestly practiced with it, nor have you engaged in battle with the sword of the Spirit. You are just like David, you have not proved it; therefore, you know that it would be foolish to use a sword to fight against a man that has carried one into battle many times. But! Not all that carry swords into battle understand the use of the sword, neither are all swords balanced, tempered, and whet for battle.
What ninja warrior enters into battle with whiffle bat? Or what warrior earns the title of ninja who has not proved that he can wield a sword in battle with extraordinary skill? Or what soldier boasts to his fellows that he is a ninja? For by his own boasting, he proves that he is not a ninja.
You have certainly never been so foolish. You know that you are not a ninja, nor have you ever pretended to be one. However, you definitely can sling a rock. In truth, you are astonishingly good at it. Please let me explain what I mean by this.
In our day and age, whenever we think of a sling, we picture in our minds a modern sling shot, which comprises of a sturdy fork with a flexible band. We place a rock into the pocket at the midpoint of the band, we stretch it back, take aim, and let it fly. But! This is not what a real sling is. A real sling is just that. It is simply a sling. It is nothing other than a cord with a pocket in the middle. However, both ends of the cord are different. One end of the cord has a loop that is wrapped around a finger. The other end has a knot that is pinched between the thumb and the forefinger. The sling is twirled about and when the sling is in just the right position in the air the thumb releases the knot at the other end and away goes the stone towards the target.

The power of a real sling is quite deadly, and the projectile versatility is unmatched by any other weapon. A sling can throw a vast array of different sizes and types of projectiles, and here in lies the problem. You have been throwing every kind of stone you can think of: gravel (solid evidence); pebble shot (several pieces of potential evidence that you throw hoping that one will stick); glass shards (truths that can cut like a knife if they manage to strike a soft spot); nails (You usually throw these as a warning. They whistle in flight, glinting as they twirl, and they make a din of clatter when they hit your enemy’s armor.); and out of desperation you will even throw a dirt clod or two when you run out of ammunition.
Once in a great while you do get up the nerve to throw a lethal stone at someone that is threatening you, and it is not anything to take lightly. Nevertheless, you rarely can hit your target with enough precision to take it down, and the reason why is that you throw too many different kinds and sizes of projectiles. More importantly, you throw things that are not symmetrical and uniform.
There are very few people in modern times that truly know how to use a sling, and virtually none of them develop the accuracy of someone like David. The key is in consistency. The projectiles need to be as much alike as possible, and they need to be highly symmetrical, uniform, and free of rough imperfections. The more perfect the projectiles are the more accurate one will be with their sling. In other words, it is better to take the time to find a hand full of good stones than are employed in a highly cerebral mode of practice than it is to cast 10,000 stones that are near at hand, and this is precisely what David did.
“And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine.”
– 1st Samuel 17:40
There is only one place to find the perfect sling stone: under the continual current of living water, the brook, the stream, or the river. The greater and the more powerful that the current is the more perfect the stones will be: round, smooth, and symmetrical. This is why David went to the brook. He knew that this was the place to find the best sling stones, but why did he choose five stones?
Many commentators suppose that he had four more in case he missed his target. This was not the reason at all. David’s target was exceedingly smaller than you might suppose, which I will explain in a moment. He would have needed a whole lot more than five stones if he was counting on his own ability to hit the target. No, there was only one stone for Goliath, the best of the five. The other four stones were for Goliath’s sons. Goliath had four sons, and David was preparing himself in the event that any or all of Goliath’s sons were to come after David in vengeance.
“And the Philistine came on and drew near unto David; and the man that bare the shield went before him. And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance.
– 1st Samuel 17:41–54
And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou come to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods. And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field.
Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
And all this assembly shall know that the LORD saves not with sword and spear: for the battle is the LORD’S, and he will give you into our hands.
And it came to pass, when the Philistine arose, and came and drew nigh to meet David, that David hasted, and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. And David put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Philistine in his forehead, that the stone sunk into his forehead; and he fell upon his face to the earth.
So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David. Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled. And the men of Israel and of Judah arose, and shouted, and pursued the Philistines, until thou come to the valley, and to the gates of Ekron. And the wounded of the Philistines fell down by the way to Shaaraim, even unto Gath, and unto Ekron.
And the children of Israel returned from chasing after the Philistines, and they spoiled their tents. And David took the head of the Philistine, and brought it to Jerusalem; but he put his armor in his tent.”
Take note that David said to the giant that he was going to take his head from off of him. David knew that he was probably not going to be able to kill him with his sling. Goliath was a fantastically huge specimen. Even with David’s best swing, he could not expect to deliver a deadly blow to Goliath. It would be equivalent to trying to stop a large brown bear or a grizzly bear with a .380 pistol. Even if you hit him in the head, you are most likely going to do nothing but infuriate the bear even more. No experienced hunter would even dream of trying to fend off a large bear with a 38. This is what David was faced up against.
Therefore, He was not looking for stones that had maximum impact force. He was not looking for big stones. What he was looking for in the brook were stones that were hard, very dense, and not any bigger than a walnut (smaller than a golf ball). He needed something that had a small enough radius that would bust a hole through such a big thick scull. He was looking for something that he could throw with as much velocity as possible.
That is the thing about a sling, if you use smaller projectiles then you can throw them at higher velocities, and the impact force is not a whole lot less than a big stone. However, the impact force is concentrated in a much smaller area. The stone that David threw sunk into the giant’s forehead. It did not dent his forehead. It penetrated it, which means that David got off a very powerful swing, and he hit the giant’s forehead square on. This is what I meant, that the target was much smaller than one would think. David had to land that stone either in one of his eyes or right in the middle of his forehead. If he had been off target by anymore that a centimeter or two, Goliath would not have succumbed to major injury and fallen upon his face.

We can be sure that he was wearing a very good helmet; for forty days Saul’s archers were undoubtedly looking for any opportunity to take a kill shot. Had the stone struck Goliath in the nose, most likely it would have diverted in one direction or another, unless it was planted perfectly on axis. Had the stone struck any other spot on his head it would have been a glancing blow. David would have certainly injured him severely, but the giant would have remained on his feet. Then David would have suffered the wrath of the entire Philistine army for injuring their champion. That would have been the end of David.
The miracle of what David did is far greater that what most people realize. David spent a great deal of time in the wilderness practicing with his sling, as he tended his Father’s sheep, but David was not slack in his method. He was fastidious. His technique was impeccable. His discipline and his focus were unprecedented. He recognized that penetrating power was more important that total force, and he understood that the more perfectly the stone was formed the more true it would glide.
When David went down to the brook, he was not quite sure what to look for. He had an idea, but he had never needed to sling a stone in such a unique situation before. It had to be an unusually dense rock. He had seen such rocks before, but they were always too rough and lopsided. He looked about and he picked up a very nice stone, almost completely round, heavy, and smooth, but it was just a little too big. He weighed it in his hand … it did not have that mass that he was looking for. Still, it was a nice stone, so he put it in his scrip. He found a couple more that were very similar; in the scrip they went.
Then he found something he had never seen before. It was one of those dark rocks that he was thinking of (probably something like nuummite or hematite), but this stone was much more round, smooth, and uniform than he had ever seen before. He picked it up and smiled. This was it. It had that mass … that density. He looked at and he admired it, but he knew that he needed one that did not have as many imperfections. Nevertheless, this was a good stone; he dropped it into his bag.
He looked down into the brook again, and this time he noticed that there were a number of these same stones, but they were all too unshapely. These would not work. He said, “Please Lord God, lead me to right stone.”
He took off his sandals, waded into the water, got down on his knees, and he started to study the rocks with his hands one by one. He found more of these dark stones, and there were several more that were closer to what he needed, but they each had a protruding lump or two. They would not fly straight.
(Every child of God has imperfections, but some have been more perfectly sculpted and smoothed in the afflictions of the Father’s discipline, “God’s sandpaper.” The more that we yield to God’s chastening, the more perfectly He renders our witness for His grace, mercy, and salvation, but those stones that will not yield are passed by and eventually buried under the mud of the riverbank as the current of water purposely changes course.)
David sat there on his knees, looking at the way that these dark stones were dispersed under the water. Then suddenly, the current of the water shifted a big serpentine rock and caused it to tumble forward. As he looked at where the rock had come from, he spotted a shiny dark object protruding out of the silt of the riverbed. He leaned over, scooped it out if the slit, and washed it off in the current of brook. This was it! It was a bit smaller than what he was looking for, but it was amazingly round and smooth. It was shiny in the water. He lifted it up and held it between his fingers. He could see the reflection of the sky between the canopy of the trees beside the brook. It was heaver than he expected. He hoisted it in his palm. He smiled again. “This might actually work, Lord.”
So David had all that he needed, his sling, his stone, and all the skill to use them. And he was a brave young soul. Yet, David was still outmatched. All that he needed was still not good enough. He only had one shot. It had to perfect, and David knew that he was not perfect. God was his only genuine hope. Only the Spirit of God could enable him to execute with such precision. David had to set aside any trust in himself and put all his faith in God. It was simply by “faith” that God enable David to plant that stone right between the eyes of that proud giant that could not see the truth.

My friend, you are holding that small, dark, and uniquely singular stone in your hand at this very moment. I am that stone. I have been in the bed of that unassuming little brook for a very long time, tossed about, pummeled on every side, and beaten sore time after time. For many years God has been hammering away the lumps and polishing the rough spots. There is not much left of what I was when God started with me, but now I am fit for your sling. God has smoothed me down so much that sometimes when I have been moistened with the water of life the truth of God is reflected in me. God has removed every spiritual distraction from within me. My life has been reduced down to this singular purpose.
Nevertheless, I trust that you do understand that God is speaking about spiritual matters. Perhaps my face can appear a bit stony at times, but I am not a stone, nor are you David. I really do not suspect that you have a real sling or that you would know what to do with one, and I am sure that your Goliath is not nearly so big as the real Goliath was. We are talking about spiritual matters and spiritual warfare, which are matters of greater importance, as spiritual death is eternal damnation, and spiritual life is the salvation of God unto life eternal. When we talk about spiritual warfare, we are talking about the walking dead battling against the children of God over the souls of the blind and the unsuspecting.
Moreover, all these physical bonds that continue to hinder my ability to move out on the circumnavigation are not present in the spiritual realm. God has long since released me from my spiritual bonds. I simply did not understand that I was free until just recently. I should have understood it long ago, but I was confusing the physical bonds with the spiritual. They are not the same thing, and you also need to understand that.

Friend, I am not asking you to trust in me. I am asking you to trust in God. Did I ever intreat of you that you would make of me your pet rock, so that I could be a novelty on your desk? That is not what God made me for. What does it matter to anyone whom you know what I am or what I look like? It is your sling. It is your arm that is throwing me. The only one that will ever be able to help you judge if I am a proper stone for your sling is God. There is none other that can help you make that determination. What does He tell you? Am I that God given stone or am I just another piece of gravel?
You have been looking for the right words that would bring Goliath to his knees, but you have to face the fact that you will never be able to figure that out on your own. Even if you poured yourself into the Word of God with all your might, it would take months or years before you could handle it well enough to take that sword into battle. How long would it require before you were superior enough to take on Goliath with the sword of the Spirit?
God has given me the precise words that you need. It is not even necessary for you to fully comprehend those words that are required. All you need to do is to put your trust in God, and He will show you how to position my testimony in the pocket of your sling, how to take aim, and the precise instant to cast me away. (I say that with a smile.) It is the Word that God has given me that will take effect and topple the giant. Then you can run up on top of Goliath, take his sword out of the sheath, and cut off his head with the very same words that he used to curse and afflict you and your brethren with.

My dear friend, please do not think that this is some adaptation of God’s word that I dreamed up on my own accord. God began to prepare me for this message nearly two weeks ago. There are many significant details that I have left out, and most of these things that I have told you in this message are things I had to learn from God. I am simply not smart enough to have figured them out on my own.
More importantly, He has confirmed no small portion of these things to me by a miraculous scene that He has painted in the moon and the stars in the heavens. In fact, there are a few important details in this message in which God used this scene in the heavens to convey to me and to illuminate further.
Unfortunately, I do not have the time to explain it all in this message. It is quite involved. It would take me three or four days to type it all up, but I will give you a little sketch of what God has shown to me.
First, He showed me that the Hunter (Orion) was slinging a stone by using the center portion of the constellation Taurus. The Hunter is Jesus Christ, and the stone that He is slinging is the Pleiades. Then a couple of days later He showed me that the constellation Andromeda was the target. At first, I was not too sure about this, but then He confirmed it to me a few hours ago, in a most miraculous way. He used the alignment of the moon and the planet Uranus (6:21 am PST, Jan. 10th) to point to the waist of Andromeda by the means of a focal point (Messier object #33, the Triangulum galaxy). The waist of Andromeda is the star Beta Andromedae (AKA Mirach).
By this focal point I was able to complete the alignment that He first showed me which will happen on the morning of Jan. 13th. The focal point of M33 pointed me to the neck of Andromeda, the star Delta Andromedae (AKA Sadiradra). When I researched the Arabic name of this star, I found that it means “lopped off and gushing out.” The interesting thing about the constellation Andromeda is that she is upside-down from the typical vantage points and also in relation to Orion. Additionally, God was showing me that Andromeda is not the goddess that the ancient Greeks worshiped. Andromeda is, in reality, the giant Goliath fallen down on his face (who is a symbol for someone else, by the way).
After this I looked at the star Alpha Andromedae, which is known as Alpheratz. God has been showing me this star for weeks now, and I just could not figure out what He was telling me. Now I understand. The primary Arabic name for this star (“surrat al-faras”) does not mean “navel of the horse,” as it is supposed by most. The transcription is not correct. It should be “surra al-farasa,” which means “the breach between the eyes.” Moreover, if you draw a line between the Pleiades and Delta Andromedae it passes right by the pointy end of the constellation Triangulum, which is Goliath’s shield.
Be sure that I am leaving out quite a number of details that expand upon how completely awesome this all is. However, God wanted to make it abundantly clear that this thing really is all about you, so He added one more detail. If we retrace this line from the Pleiades to Delta Andromedae it passes right smack through the middle of another very interesting formation in the heavens. It is a little forgotten stellar constellation by the ancient Latin name of “Apes” (ah-pays).” This little constellation has not been regarded by astronomers in the last couple hundred years, which is why nobody talks about it.
The English translation for the Latin word “Apes” is “Bee.”
I kid you not!!!!
God has shown me so many miracles like this concerning you, that I cannot begin to recount but a fraction of them. If God is willing to manipulate planets, stars, and galaxies just to show what He is about to do through your hand in judgement, what length is He willing to go to in order to shower blessings upon you and all those that you love? For our God is a God of mercy. He is not willing that any would die. As it is said, “judgement is His strange work.”

Please forgive me Bee! Please do not be angry with me. If you were in my shoes and you had God continually telling you how much He loves you, you also would love Bee as much as I love her.
How could I not love you when I see every day how the creator of all the heaven and Earth loves you? Seriously! I would have to be a complete total moron not to love you and not to honor you! I would have to be an utter fool to disregard God’s anointed and His explicit command to me, “love her with all your might!”
God’s love is perfect, pure, without spot, and without fear, because it always begins and ends with Jesus Christ, the second person of the Godhead, who has no beginning or ending of days … the one that created M33, the Triangulum galaxy, and all 40 billion of its stars … the one that created the constellation called “Bee.”
Love Always,
Dale 😊
