Prayer for June 29th, 2021

Heavenly Father, thank you for your infinite grace and mercy, and thank you for the way that you lead us in righteousness and the way that you set a sure path for our lives when we are willing and obedient to trust in you. Father would you bless me that I would be faithful to you and your commandment for me. There are many people that are faithfully praying for me, and perhaps they have not all come to believe that you have, in all truth, called me to circumnavigate the Earth, but they are praying for me regardless. Moreover, there are others, especially Bee, whose hearts and lives are affected by my words and my actions.
Oh! Father! I pray that they would be blessed by the way that you are using me. Have mercy on us Lord. Help me Father that I would be true to you for their sakes, for I cannot be true to anyone unless I am true to you Lord. Let not any disobedience on my part be an occasion to dishearten those that I love. Let not your name or the precious name of Jesus Christ to be tainted by those things that I witness in the name of God. Most importantly, bless me and have mercy on me for your name’s sake, that your name and the name of our beautiful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would be lifted up and glorified. Bless us Father that the Spirit of God would be our guide and teacher and that your amazing Word would be in the midst of our lives today. May your Word be made real and living in our hearts and lives.
We pray in Jesus’s name. Amen!

Prayer for July 2nd, 2021
Heavenly father, how is it possible to thank you and to praise you and to glorify you as you are worthy? You sent your son Jesus Christ into the world to give Himself as a sacrifice that, by His blood on the cross, we would have eternal life in His name. Who am I Lord? … that the son of God would die for me? Apart from Jesus, all that I have ever done in my life is completely worthless and vain, if not altogether unrighteous. I am a sinner through and through Lord, but you have redeemed me simply because I have put my trust in the name of Jesus as my Savior. You have washed all of your children and made us white as snow through the blood of the Lamb, and your blessings upon us never cease.
Your blessings upon us are without end, and they are so frequently eternal in their nature, just as we see in our study today. You blessed Abraham and Sarah so that they would be one together unto your glory, and now, nearly four thousand years later, you have increased your blessing upon them so that it is as the stars in heaven for multitude. And the thing that is so entirely beautiful and incredible is that with all that you have blessed them with, they and all their increase have in turned glorified you. They have glorified Jesus. They have glorified our Creator. And your blessings upon us, even upon me, are no different. They are eternal, and they just continue to grow and increase. As they do, so the glory of our Lord Jesus increases.
Oh! Help us Father to understand. Help us Father that the Holy Spirit would reveal these mysteries to us and be our guide and teacher as we study your excellent Word. May your Word, the Lord Jesus Christ, be made real and living in our hearts and lives.
We pray in Jesus’s name. Amen!
