Heavenly Father, thank you for your intersession. Thank you for your leading and guiding in the most unexpected ways, even when it comes to us in the form of suffering and temptation of trial. It is at such times that we find that your grace is stronger than we can imagine, more powerful than our own understanding. Bless us Father as we study your Word. Show us how great your faithfulness is and how you provide for us in every storm of life, no matter how tempestuous those storms might be. Teach us about your word, the truth of your Word, your great love for us, and the love and beauty of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We pray in Jesus’s name. Amen!

Prayer for July 8th, 2021

Heavenly Father, thank you for my dear friend Bee and for your blessing upon me to be your messenger. I have no greater joy than to give myself in making known your pleas unto Bee’s heart and soul. I have never been more willing and intent to lay down my life for Bee than at this moment. I have openly revealed my desire to obey your commandment, even unto death, Father. The value of Bee’s soul and eternal life is infinitely more valuable than my mortal life. Nonetheless, I am powerless to put substance behind my words, God. I have stated emphatically that I would give my life for Bee, but I lack the opportunity. At this moment, Singapore seems to me like it might just as well be in another Galaxy. How will I ever get there without you God? Likewise, how can I possibly put substance behind my words to Bee? How could I ever expect Bee to take me seriously, if all I ever do is talk?

Father, it is imperative that I get into my boat and row out into the ocean deep. Bee needs to see that I am real. Bee needs to see that I have the tenacity and the resolve to brave the ocean’s force in a little rowboat, but I am bound, Father. Even if I had a boat to row, I cannot break free of my bonds. I understand, Lord, that my bonds are the result of my own sin, yet through the blood of Christ you have forgiven me of all my sin. You have given me a new heart, and you have given me a purpose in life. Oh! Bless me, Father, that I would be delivered from these bonds and that I would be able to put my words into action. Bless me, Father, that I would be able to glorify Jesus by my life, that the words I have spoken, in obedience to your will and purpose, would be made real and living in Bee’s heart.

I thank you and praise you Father for all that you do in answering these my prayers!

I pray in Jesus’s name. Amen!
